Oh, he probably doesn't *want* to keep them, but he can't afford to dump them all at once - for every 50m shares, he's tanking the price by .002c, so he needs it to inflate a little before he drops the next bucket of poison. The percentage drops are so large from here down, he's risking 60-80% of the small change he has left if he floods the place...
