It may be of some comfort'takethe$$$' for you and others caught up in this CCE debacle,to know that Claire O'Neill Labor Shadow Minister for Financial Services is receiving a lot of evidence from investors about the behaviour you refer to and the inaction of ASIC and the ASX in dealing with it. She apparantly has expressed great concern about the lax regulation that has been exposed in the RC and it may very well be if Labor win the election in May that the RC will be extended to cover the operations of the ASX.

The more evidence the Shadow Minister receives the better the case she can make to her colleagues to have the ASX thoroughly investigated. If posters here can add to that, all the better.
