Around 25% of his shares will be out in the open.
That would be over $170 million waiting for a buyer if he decides to sell all.
Looking at the probability, I think he'd sell. Cost of capital is just going up in general and there is no way to hide when you can't turn a profit. Then if you do turn a profit, market will value share fairly within a week.
I'm hoping to pick this up (only for a trade) if there's a sudden weakness in price, without any company specific risk.
