Investors wait for solid news for an investment. ROG at this moment of time is about an accretive investment or M & A with another company for further positive movements and share price increase, maybe this is the reasons taking so long for an announcement. For a company to gain an accretive position, it would normally pay a premium? Even super sized WDS & STO couldn’t agreed on an arrangement, because no one wants to give up an advantage without some gain, at the end no deal!!
