Yes, we all think that Thylacine is the best target.
This is Metal Hawk's original description of the vein widths and separation at Thylacine in their 15.10.24 announcement of the prospect:
In summary, the veins at Thylacine are between 20cm and 1m in width, and 10 to 20m apart.
And this is the original map of the veins at the Thylacine Prospect - as in subsequent releases - so nothing has changed with any more detailed mapping:
So the $62,000 key question is: 'What lies between those rather narrow, rather widely spaced quartz veins?'
Outcrop/subcrop is good, so I am sure the company will have a reasonable idea of what lies between.
If it was me, I would have channel sampled or at least taken multiple rock chip samples across the intervening subcrop between each vein.
And they may of course have done this and not reported it yet. Or they may have felt constrained by the previous lack of heritage clearance. But it can certainly be done now, as they have heritage clearance, eg. along the lines being cleared for drilling access, whilst waiting for a rig.
