Well, Mr Market is not stupid, and punish GBE with pleasure. I have no objection to it.
The lower the share price, the less likely the deal will be supported by existing shareholders.
Even one day Mark will wake up and find out his nest egg has been shrinking fast. He might go back to ECE, and tell them to back off.
Well wishful think though. Just like pro-ECE camp hope ECE with 51% will do want you and me the tiny shareholders wish. Try to tell Bill Gates that Window software sucks. When you can get? You get more, Let's list:
DOS, Window 95, Window 98, Window NT, Window 2000, Window XP, Window Vista, Window 7.
More complain? Window 8 might be on the corner, and pay $400 more for it if you don't like Window 7.
