A. I don't like the deal.

B. The deal is terrible, contrary to Mark promoted, and some Pro-ECE stated. Mr Market is punish GBE now.

C. Drop share price for long-term shareholders might be a good thing, since Mr Market invalidate the deal. Shareholders still have the final say. Pain in short term.

Well, Read Benjamin Graham "Security Analysis" Chapter 44 and 45, what management and major shareholders can do with average punters. You don't need read legal rights. They are useless. Try to report a violation to ASIC, or ACCC, or whatever. If you are lucky, you may get a pre-written document to tell you stuff it.

A good example I always like to mention is RCI. As a matter of factor, the pet CEO resigned yesterday. It was reverse taken over by a Chinese Company with phoney asset in China. Study the progress of RCI, you should be able to get your answer. Good luck. Be prepared for a long hot summer.
