i notice when comparing the shareholdings of directors in the Sept 2010 annual report to no of shares sold to RIO in onights substantial holder notice from RIO, that several directors haven't sold all their shares if I'm reading correctly ....eg, Nial Lenahan shows 700,000 sold to RIO, but he held 1,400,000 in the last annual report ....hmmmm...intersting.
Even O'Keeffe shows to have sold 2,326,499 in tonights notice, but he held 3,326,499 according to the Sept A/R on Page 96 ..... does he still hold 1,000,000 shares ? ... is he holding for more dollars ?
Does anyone else concur this finding, and if so, what might it all mean ?
