re: Ann: Notice of change of interests of sub... SP moving back up with largish purchases: 60,000 @ $16.50 = $990,000. A corporate play in my opinion - someone already a significant shareholder increasing their stake or maybe the Indian consortium establishing a holding. They have been quiet lately after employing Citicorp to complete a due diligence on RIV within 2 weeks from 23 Dec. DYOR.
