I honestly dont see how remaining share holders are still waiting, as soon as this puppy hits 90%, the Beach offer will retract ( in terms of buyer in ladder) and you will be forced to wait months for paperwork etc is compkete, gettibg your money in 2012. Its quite risjy to tie up the fubds, but hey, you waited this ling, might as well still keep praying for the "increased offer", which is a snowflakes chance now....
