Solely as information and not a warning to fellow SPX holders I still held EXU shares when RMS went into compulsory acquisition phase and closed their offer period. I lost my EXU shares and it took almost 2 months before I was finally issued my RMS shares. It wasn't RMS's fault it was just how it works
