On the contrary I don't think I've missed what you think I have.

Against the flow of a few here, I've said I don't fancy all this charade of 're-floating' when we get nothing really, except further delay in winding up our investment for capital loss purposes. (or maybe I've said it privately to those I'm talking with off-line)

Re Boom, my post said IF, in the small chance he is 'genuine', simply because he has the background. As I'm already in oil & gas stocks of my own choosing, another exposure simply because THAT's how the a...holes you refer to want to play it, isn't my idea of putting all this behind us.

Correct about ASIC, but in confirming some questionable activity we've uncovered (potentially between Speedscan and related CXN parties, they have the power to seek the clarification we need.

Yes, it has been a long shot exercise, but won't die wondering. Could die waiting though.
