I guess they had to have a go given their position but they should take into account what happened when another co tried to sue CSD (the two muppets would not have a clue what I am talking about here - suspect they will take a break from their marbles to have a go though) - they ended up paying our costs!!

Probably won't go past the initial skirmish, IMO!!
