Lacks the conviction that it did when they flexed their muscles the first time, perhaps helped by the fact that we're sitting over their offer price. Looks pretty clear cut to me though; if we accept the offer by AEP at the shareholders meeting prior to 23/10/15 they will withdraw their offer. Does anybody see it differently to that?
