The Company advises that Doug
Huey will not seek re-election as a Director of the Company at the upcoming Annual General
Meeting on 6 November 2020 and will step down as a director on that date.
None of the usual....."We wish him well" type guff!
He also leaves 45Mill options behind!
Doesnt seem the norm to me.
