However, 24m of the listed buys, more than half, are at 0.001c, (one tenth of one cent) the minimum transactable price on the ASX.

Five buyers are no-risk punting $2400 the divestees fail to sell and Treasury will just stick the shares on the market - which they have the power to and are threatening the divestees with.

Or the divestees are padding the buy line, or maybe a bit of both.

Most amusing.

Still only average volumes today, so they cant have moved much of their baggage.
