Huatai never fulfilled their $30M payments, only $19.5M was received.
And as for the other $20M in 2019, IF you were referring to the $20M Baogang, this placement was prohibited by the then treasurer back in April 2020.
There was a $30M placement in July 2019 which I believe netted $25.5M
And then there of course were more after that. @$0.02c & @$0.049c
