No evidence the Divestees have sold a single share so far - or if they have it has only been a dribble.
It looks as if they are prepared to defy Australian law.
So what happens 4 August? Does Treasury seize the shares? Then, does it sell them on-market or perhaps via public tender?
I doubt they would sit on them. They cant sell to ILU as this is an uninformed market.
