It's now been 83 days since the "NOTICE OF DISPOSAL ORDERS OF INTERESTS IN NORTHERN MINERALS" was issued on 2nd June 2024 by the Federal Treasurer, Jim Chalmers, and still no notice of a change in substantial holdings from Yuxiao Fund or any of the other entities deemed to be associated with Yuxiao Wu that were named in the order.

As the order is now clearly been breached I think is incumbent on the Treasury to advise the market what they intend to do to enforce the order, be it seize the shares and auction them off or to have them cancelled. To continue to allow NTU to trade limbo such circumstances with an overhang of 10% of it's shares in limbo is doing nobody any favours, most of all NTU shareholders...lets hope for some news very soon!
