A sobering reminder to management that only share price outperformance should be rewarded. SUD has not closed higher on a y/y basis for 7 years now, including under Hopper and Baker's watch. Time to get serious lads, enough is enough - no more freebies until you deliver.

This is pathetic, its a money pit.
Not advising anyone else to do the same, you can make your own decisions - but I will not be voting for any of these latest EGM resolutions to ratify the latest placement. We already cap raised one quarter ago, and most of that cash was put into a term deposit? Would it not have made more sense to draw down on that cash before diluting shareholders further with another raise that they can't even participate in??
EGM resolution 5 is the award of 2.2m options to Baker Young - what a laugh, on top of the ridiculous fees that we are paying them for on a cash raise that isn't needed yet.
There is a growing divide between management and its shareholders going on right here at the moment and it needs to be addressed properly.
Baker has stated that he will communicate good and bad news, whichever it is - and will not let timelines lapse without adequate disclosure. On 6 December 2018, Suda entered into an option and feasibility agreement with Zelda (now Zelira) - the term of the option was for 24 months with an exclusive right for Zelda to extend and enter into an exclusive global development and licensing agreement for oral spray formulations containing medicinal canabis.
So here we are on 24 December 2020, 3 weeks since expiry of that deadline and we haven't heard crickets from the company - couldn't be bothered to inform the market either way?
The last mention of Zelira is actually in the prospectus for this latest $0.036 placement announced on 16 December - so its actually after the expiration of the deadline:
So is it alive or is it dead? "Current partner" Why can't management just be clear and up front? Management continue to trumpet improved shareholder communication but its just not happening.
IT IS TIME TO LIFT YOUR GAME. UNTIL ANY OF THIS CHANGES, NOR WILL THE SHARE PRICE.
