All I know Pogues is that giving them their way by voting the same way year after year for 7 straight years has done nothing but deliver -90% in cumulative shareholder returns. If anything is going to change, it has to start with pushing back on the pigs at the trough.
But hey if you are happy to cop your -30% this year and do nothing about it, that’s your call.

Its a return to the status quo if they get away with these EGM resolutions. There are next to no positives for you and I if they get up. You do realise your shareholding is technically worth 20% less right?!
