Not too sure voting against it will get up Dp. You've previously pinged it. The reason that Hopper did the latest cr was to develop a more 'compliant' shareholder base. This is despite stating at least twice that existing sh would get looked after first.
You've also pinged that putting $ in to a term deposit was stupid financial mgt (but it did serve the 25% dilution cr very well?!)
This is very much Hoppers cancer curing vehicle now, although covid seems to have cured all other diseases.
Clearly the hydrotrope IP is flawed and IMO zolpi is a crap product, but news on either will result in a sp pop and is probably worth trading the trade.
