Mate, the ones participating are not privy to anything from the company, just like the ones who participated in the last 10 raises were not. ( who are all at massive losses )
The thing is, they think they are, that's the trick, make investors believe they are insiders & then blindside them.
They may get extra info not released to the market, but none that is price sensitive, no different to any investor emailing a company and asking questions.
Anyone who dis agrees, are saying that axiom are breaking the law, therefore potentially Mr Mount would find himself in the courtroom once again.
