Only skim read but am i right in saying - we have to give up 23% equity; and - all loans must be repaid first (before any divs to shareholders); and - they provide funding to build the mine?? - And the rail line is still not funded/secured and it is a CP to the funding package??
And the independent expert says its a fair and reasonable offer in context of the coal mine development market (which in other words is not great but you won't get any better, or even, you just won't get any other offers)..............
So with all that digested........I say bring it on and finally get this project off the ground. It was never going to be painless, and this pain I think can be swallowed.
Would appreciate others views.
