I dont even see current board even having much of a plan.
It just sounds like more of the same crap served up in their time.
They had no interest in running the joint when they had they chance they decided to park upwards of 85% of the $50mil CR ($42m original plan idsb investment) into idsb that shows to me they are lazy and just slack.
