I haven't exercised mine yet, like yourself got confused with the SRN and HIN. The SRN is issued by the share registry, you would have received the options holding statement some time ago, its like a plain piece of paper that doesnt look like the CHESS holdings statements you would normally get, the feel of the paper is also different. You may have to ask the registry again to find the OPtions SRN to exercise. It has Impedimed noted on it though on plain white paper.
The HIN to exercise would be the normal HIN for your other shares so the registry can move it off their holding onto the CHESS register of your participating broker.
If anyone can also validate who has exercised the options? Mine still on my desk waiting to be finished.
