Well this certainly makes the chances of a TO more likely in the future.
Hopefully he is in for a medium term hold and will drive dividend commencement discussions. the only reason one would exercise early is the aim to extract a ST gain such a dividend
this would mean that HZN now has 50 m plus in AUD cash as
of now. Thinking about it maybe the options were exercised salty to allow for HZN marking an acquisition
