gotta feel sorry for the chairman - didn't he exercise a truckload a while back? gutsy move at the time and lauded as a sign of confidence in the company's prospects but also shows the heavies don't always get it right, but probably more often than not as us mugs?
how many new options will the BoD get at AGM for the extremely busy and productive last 12 months?
that includes delivering on how many of those 5 objectives from the 2018 AGM preso, I guess?

might be time for some board renewal and mgt changes - how long have some of the heavies been there?
still VAN might change everything in a way that LSR didn't seem able to do so itself?
