Options can be confusing if you’re new to the market, however they’re really not. And yes, you should understand what you are buying before making the commitment.

In summary:

- Regardless of the purchase price (on market), the Exercise Price doesn’t change and is in the original offer. As most have said, in this case it’s 2c.

- 100,000 SYAOC x 2c = $2000 to convert to SYA Ordinary Shares.

- Your overall cost is 100,000 shares @ $2000 + your original purchase cost (eg. 100,000 x 15c = $15000). So it has effectively cost you 17c per share or $17000 all up (+ brokerage).

- @ current SP of 21c you are 4c in the green or $21000 - $17000 = $4000 profit.

- The cheaper the purchase price, the greater the profit.
