Hi @spid & others So after many years I had near 1M FGROC & would have taken up all despite the SP but I just could not bring myself to part with $200K+ of my hard earned on this mob the way they have treated us SH's.
After taking a small loss on the OC's (av 2.2c) I've now a modest holding that I won't be adding to without a major change in management openness.
One issue I find particular appalling was that FGR recently paid US consultants in shares & options presumably knowing the OC's would not be in the money !! That to me is poor form in a country where they are trying to establish a name/market.
Unfortunately I don't hold a lot of hope for the AGM - a move against management a couple of years ago failed on the numbers (they controlled the big votes & S/H's didn't).
I am disappointed by this whole FGR saga - I like the IP - particularly the VFD - the researchers & a great substance to work with but management could be/should be so much better ! Ark
