yeh sure Ben, why don't I just pay you $2.10 when I can buy the shares on market for $2.04 or less.
And I'd do this because it's really important to ensure you have the full $50 million sought because you have so many great ideas for ROI and because I want to ensure maximum dilution of my current holding
