    It seems from reading the explanatory memorandum that the directors want to change the focus of the company from being Medusa who mines in the Philippines, to X64, an Australian miner with a mine in the Philippines!

    Why not X64 Mining Ltd.? I'm voting in favour of the name change. Our interests will be better served without the sovereign risk baggage, and Australian development.
