as far as I understand they (PBH) will not be able to have a US business.
and even if they do - they will lose valuable time and market share to DraftKings and others.
the management is using the 'special divi' to "blind" our eyes and get us onboard.
and as far for the consulting firm/bank? What do they care? They rushed a sale and will get their piece of the pie.
all imo.
