If the info that is yet to come is excellent, then it makes them look very bad and visions of noses in the trough comes to mind.

I think if there is enough votes, one can be elected to the board to represent the shareholders...

Access to the share registry is free and must be given to the requestor.. with a valid reason (which also includes board spill)

If no one is representing the shareholders, you can bet Directors are only representing their own interests / pockets first.........
