The shares are being consolidated 10:1 as there was too many shares on issue the company felt. In principal the value of your shares shouldn't change but the amount you hold should (10 shares become 1), but that all depends on what people are willing to pay once the shares are consolidated.
This process will take ten days to complete in the mean time they are being traded as m7tdc.
