What is the impact of not approving the options? The new shares have already been issued and the company has the money. Here today, what benefit do we get from issuing the options?
Or is it that if we don't issue the options no one will believe us next time we do a cap raise that options will actually get issued... I guess might be a one time burning of a bridge or something like that?
