To vote with Pat H, you need to vote, the proxy of unvoted shares will not fall to him, unless you nominate Pat H as your proxy on the form.
So to all SI6 holders you need to VOTE... Against all of the motions to keep Pat H and not let Volpe in
And Volpe has 8% with his friends, as they each had to put in a notice once they became a consortium.
So Vote PAT H to stay!!
