According to the voting rules on it because management benefit from it they are ineligible to vote so there is a good chance this wont pass. Maybe if they hadnt cut odn to 16 million shares at 35 cents while giving themselves 15 million options at 22 cents they would have a arfument to vote yes as it stands they dont. They got to greedy
