I guess you have to question why options were raised at that time with the company in that state of financial affairs!
That's part of the risk in investing in Marion at that time and still now. I knew it was a bargain at that price but a huge risk also. Relying on gas flows and it didnt happen.
Really it is a miracle it didn't go belly up.
If it had where would option holders stand then, same place as my holdings to share heaven!
I guess that's up to holders to vote.
