Maybe I have this all wrong but isn't Res 2 & 3 in relation to The Foz/GW and Michael Kirwan...are these not integral to the bigger picture?
It may seem like a steal, but these deals would have been made at a time when the SP was at very rates mentioned in this announcement.
I just dont want to see we cut our nose off to spite our face. Yeah we have Monash in our corner now but we can't forget where we come from. We need all pieces of the jigsaw puzzle to make this work.
I would greatly appreciate any feedback you have RD
