I googled Michael Kirwan and found this and just hope it's not the same person.
FORMER Melbourne stockbroker and client adviser Michael Kirwan has promised regulators he will remove himself from the financial services sector for five years.
An investigation by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission into Mr Kirwan's trading in the stock of listed technology provider Senetas Corp found that he may have engaged in market manipulation, false trading and price rigging in June 2006.
