re: Ann: Notice of Extraordinary General Meet... Make no mistake NT if you vote for res 2 and 3 you will be diluted and be dumped on. Make your vote count as a long term holder and tick your own boxes . This is our chance to stop the pump and dump.
As you basically put it NT, with Monash as a CSI we don't need to be diluted anymore. Furthermore any raisings will be supported by Monash by up to 20% so the don't loose their % in this company.
