re: Ann: Notice of Extraordinary General Meet... Not sure why they don't recommend, maybe it's b/c it's under the 15% level and can go ahead with 2 & 3 anyway? Not sure if that theory is correct, I did ask myself the same question. You would assume that if the board sit on the fence with 2&3, it will not go through as shareholders will want to avoid further dilluition, given they have monash in the corner. That's my read of it, however I am sure there are far more experienced investors out there who may be able to shed some light, cheers.
