If the company ever achieves anything I have no problem with the Directors being rewarded - the issue I have is when they haven't achieved anything and are behaving like mid-tier producers (IGO, Micor, Panoramic etc ie with cash flow). Just pure arrogance and disregard for Joe Shareholder.
