I read Mr Anderson is getting a loan valued at the Combank personal % rate to enable him to buy AMX shares now. That makes sense to me and shows he has confidence the price will rise.
It is a LOAN, not free shares.
As for the other shares, I think there is a petty bitterness here that must relate to something historic I don't understand.
Unfortunately this is a distraction...that is all. Directors are being smart in this issue now, looking to pick the bottom of the cycle to best set their returns and limit potential tax. They would be foolish to do this once the price has picked up, hence I see this as yesterday's news.
With Mr Anderson representing Taurus interest on the board, this would have been informally "cleared" with the insto holders first, hence there is no point in getting worked up over it.
So, back to reality......when are the next results due and when will feasibility reports be available for review
