re: Ann: Notice of Extraordinary General Meet... Haven't really come across an employee loan share plan before so maybe someone could just clarify this for me.
They are issuing just over 11M shares at an issue price of 13c but the company covers the initial cost.
The employee then only really profits when the stock is trading above that price in which they can sell the stock for a profit (after repaying the loan from the company for the initial purchase) ??
