A bottom drawer stock, check occasionally if anything is happening. They have enough funding to keep chugging along for a while.

Employee share plan looks pretty generous and looks more generous than the usual option plan - employee has no obligation to pay anything for the shares unless they want to sell them. I suspect they went this route to avoid triggering tax obligations ?
