Am hesitant to agree with the current plan without knowing the plans for reward and retention of other directors and therefore the degree of resulting dilution.
Jev, I basically agree with your thoughts... it is a binary choice and has minimal downside to shareholders as it is... but the above paragraph is my only real concern. Your comment "DW is obliged to buy these shares"... how so??
