re: Ann: Notice of Extraordinary General Meet... And what scores does Laurant have on the scoreboard apart from owning a lot of shares? Never did get an answer on that one. If someone else such as Williams is aboard who does actually have previous experience in taking companies to the next step, and if his taking up the shares injects 675K into the company, then that also buys us more time before another share placement to raise funds starts emerging. Let's hope there are significant scores on the board before that of course - but clearly these things take a lot longer that CZD has forecast to shareholders.
