I think any company and shareholders will incentivize those individuals that they believe will take them to the next level - that's where the value of 'scores on the board' come in which LF might not have in comparison to others - nothing personal, it's simply about track history. Thanks for your suggestion to sell up, but I believe in the science of Dr Greenwood. Not sure why you would be so desperate about the fairness of treatment of other board members though if you are simply a shareholder??
